All Moments Remembered Monthly kit club and Junes Guest Designer Stephanie Howell

All Moments Remembered is so excited to have Stephanie Howell design with our June kit.
She is an amazing scrapbooker with a bit of vintage flair to her work and the most fantastic bows I have ever seen, lol! Stephanie is also going to join us at our online crop on June 7th. So come scrapbook and chat with Stephanie and all the wonderful ladies on the AMR message board. You need to register if you have not already done so.

Her Bio:

Growing up with a ridiculously artistic mother, Stephanie tried and abandoned many crafts in frustration before she finally stumbled onto scrapbooking and fell in love. She made a few scrapbooks (in the loosest sense of the term) when she was in college, but truly became obsessed when she was pregnant with her first daughter. Scrapbooking is her therapy and has gotten her through four of her husband's overseas deployments. Since beginning, Stephanie has been published In Creating Keepsakes and Scrapbook Trends. She also serves on the Prima Marketing Design Team and has guest designed for a multitude of wonderful companies. Stephanie lives deep in the heart of Texas and is married to Jimmy, who is a Captain in the army. She is also a stay at home mom to Harper Elizabeth, who is two, and Sadie Caroline, who is 3 months old. In her spare time, she loves antiquing, reading, and watching the Office. But most of all, she loves just being together as a family, and she relishes those moments…as they are few and far between.

We still have a couple kits available for June. You can order a subscription now and be sure to get the June kit or wait until June first when we release it and hope to get one if they are not sold out.

Have a beautiful weekend ahead,
Stacey

Basic Grey Precision file set and K&Company Blue Awning line

Basic Grey Precision File Set is a huge wow factor! Do you love to play with chipboard shapes or books? Order your set from All Moments Remembered Store.

The Basic Grey Precision File Set is the best all-in-one file and distress kit available. The set is compact, inexpensive, versatile, and is a major time and stress saver for any project.

The Basic Grey Precision File Set includes:- Two Flat Large Board Files- Round File- Half-Round File- Square File- Knife File.

This set is a must-have for all crafters, especially those who love to work with chipboard. I was introduced to this product at a crop while I was making a large Halloween garland out of wooden ghost, bat, and other spooky shapes. I was preparing for the long task of tracing my shapes to be cut out when I was shown a whole new and easy way! This set makes covering any shape or size a breeze!

It takes just three easy steps...

Cut a piece of paper to the size and rough shape of your element to be papered. (Don't be exact!)

Using Mod Podge (or your sealer/glue of choice) cover your shape completely and adhere the paper to your shape and let dry.

Using the file sets file the excess paper off of the edges of your shape.

Simple as that!

The files that are included in the Basic Grey Precision File Set come in 5 variations which makes it so versatile and allows you to reach into those nooks and crannies that you never could before! The smallest shapes can be covered in minutes and are left with perfectly smooth edges. No more large sanding blocks, or tiny pieces of sand paper that can't fit into small detail areas... with this set the stress of creating perfectly papered pieces disappears! The set is also great for distressing the elements of your project to give that vintage look and feel. The knife file gives a great torn edge look to any paper, and with the file variations you can create numerous distress patterns on chipboard, paint, photos, etc. Each file has a comfort grip that makes them easy and comfortable to use. The set is also small and lightweight enough that all 6 files can be stored in their original tube or in a travel toothbrush holder! The set is easy to stow away on your craft table or tuck into your bag or crop case. This critique was written by Meredith Taylor.

Have you explored the All Moments Remembered Store lately? We have added lots of new products and a preorder section. Come take a look around we are sure you will find lots of great products to fill your shopping cart with.

K&Company Blue Awning line is simply gorgeous! Some of the double sided papers have glitter on the design which just adds such a pop to the paper. The embellishments (some shown here more in the store) are incredible. The beaded brads picture does nothing to showcase them as they should be. They are beautiful and a must have with this collection. I love the journaling tablet too. If you are looking for a fantastic new line to add to your collection this one has my vote hands down!!

I hope you are all having a wonderful weekend and getting to spend it with those you love!!
Always,
Stacey

Year 3 of dance is now over.....

When I was a little girl and I dreamt about growing up Katie was always in my dreams. I dreamt of what my children would be like. As we all know we don't always get just what we want out of life. I have four children and have been so blessed with each of them. Katie is the one though that is what my dreams were filled with. I have always been a girly girl and loved princess type things. Katie is truly a little princess. She is rough and tough and can play any sport just as hard as any of the boys. BUT my favorite part is she loves to be a girly girl and loves to be called princess. She just finished up her third year of dance. These are a few pictures of her from this past weekends recital. I do need to make some layouts with these but wanted to share as I know it might be awhile before I get to them.

I have some new SEI products to post to the store and will also add here tomorrow. Wanna see what new scrapbook supplies are coming to the store? Check back with us tomorrow for lots of scrappy goodness!!
Have a beautiful day,
Stacey

Pink Paislee meets up with Jenn Emch from All Moments Remembered design team....

Jenn always seems to amaze me with her fun talent. She has made up these three layouts for me to show you all some new ideas for the pink paislee paper line.
Have you had a chance to meet Jenn? If not you need to and be sure to visit her blog also. I am so excited as I will get to meet Jenn in person at the summer CHA in Chicago.

When someone you love is dieing it sure has a way of making you open your eyes and look around you. Makes you want to drink up each moment and remember the smell, the colors, the feel of the moment. As my father in laws illness ( ALS ) takes him more away from us it has a way of waking me up and reminding me to live.

I wish you all a beautiful weekend and lots of moments that will forever be in your heart and hopefully on your scrapbook pages! :)

“The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, the education, the money, than circumstances, than failure, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill. It will make or break a company... a church... a home. The remarkable thing is we have a choice everyday regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past... we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude. I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% of how I react to it. And so it is with you... we are in charge of our Attitudes.”

How many times have we captured the moment and not fully lived it?

..but the biggest mistake I made is the one that most of us make while doing this. I did not live in the moment enough. This is particularly clear now that the moment is gone, captured only in photographs. There is one picture of the three on them sitting in the grass on a quilt in the shadow of the swing set on a summer day, ages 6, 4, and 1. And I wish I could remember what we ate, and what we talked about, and how they sounded, and how they looked when they slept that night. I wish I had not been in a hurry to get on to the next things: dinner, bath, book, bed. I wish I had treasured the doing a little more and the getting it done a little less.
Anna Quindlen

These works of art were created by Heather Prins the creative director from All Moments Remembered.

Debbie Sherman from the All Moments Remembered design team create this fun frame. She use the papers from Dream Street Birdie bits,BE frames and American Crafts, fieldhouse collection. She plans to have it on her desk with her grand kids pictures in it.

I encourage you to take time each day to live in the moments happening in your life. Being scrapbookers we often remember to capture them with photographs but we sometimes need to be reminded to live, feel, breath, touch and cherish them.
